Bredin Prat

Bredin Prat has 150 lawyers, who are from a French, English or American background. The firm specialises in certain fields of business law, with a very strong corporate practice which advises on matters including M&A transactions and securities law issues. It also particularly focuses on French and European competition law, employment law, public law, tax, financing, as well as litigation relating to these fields, and international arbitration.

Cliff

Created in 1987, the Cliff is the French association of financial communication professionals. It has close to 220 members from both listed companies representing more than 90% of the Paris market's capitalisation and from consultants and specialists in fields related to financial communication. As such, the Association is a recognized voice for the profession in France. With an active programme fostering the sharing of experiences, of expertise and of evolving topics, a successful education training programme in partnership with a renowned French University (Paris-Dauphine) and its contribution to the annual publication of the "Financial Communications: Framework and Practices" together with the OCF, the Cliff helps promote the status of Investor Relations professionals.

SFAF

For more than fifty years, SFAF, the French society of Financial Analysts – gathering together investment and finance professionals - has been working to improve financial analysis techniques and to develop a high quality of financial communication.
SFAF accompanies the evolution of these activities and the evolution from tradition into modern activities (Mergers, Socially Responsible Investment, risks, credit, independent Financial Advice…) SFAF also accompanies Issuers in the organisation of their financial meetings thanks to the indispensable financial agenda.
The French society is also very present with Market authorities, taking part in debates regarding the improvement of the quality of financial information and the development of the role of financial analysts. SFAF also represents the profession within national, European and international institutions.
SFAF, through it’s training centre, plays a primordial role in training high level financial professionals. In particular, it offers two internationally recognised training courses granting respectively the CIIA and CIWM diplomas.
